England surprising reached the final of the EuroHockey Nations Championships in Amstelveen, Netherlands after defeating defending Champion Netherlands in the semifinals. The English team secured the victory with an extra time golden goal of Ashley Jackson.

England will meet Germany in Sunday’s final. The Olympic and World Champion defeated Spain 2-1 in the repeat of the 2008 Olympic Final.
