Employment opportunities at Irish Hockey

As a result of its continued growing commitment to the development of hockey in Ireland, three fulltime employment opportunities have arisen for outstanding individuals to join the Irish Hockey Association’s Dublin-based professional team.

NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will be responsible for driving player and participant volumes within Irish hockey through the IHA’s National Development Plan. The role involves managing a small team of development professionals and working closely with the IHA’s affiliate Branches and other key stakeholders to meet the strategic objectives laid out in the Plan.

REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (X2, EASTERN & WESTERN)

Western Regional Development Officer - serving the territories of the Munster and Connacht Branches of the IHA. The position can be based anywhere within the assigned territories. Administration office facilities for the role will be based in Cork.

Eastern Regional Development Officer – serving the territories of the Leinster Branches (Men and Ladies) and the Southeast Branch of the IHA. The position can be based anywhere within the assigned territories. Administration office facilities for the role will be based in Dublin.
