EuroHockey Indoor Coaches Seminar

21 coaches from 10 nations met in Russelsheim, Germany to attend the first EHF Indoor Coaches Seminar from 12-15 February 2009.

Head Conductor Heino Knuf FIH Coach Grade 1 from Germany covered the following important topics:

  • Basic Skills for Indoor hockey
  • Basic Skills for Goal keepers in Indoor hockey – a practical session given by Eike Voss – German National GK coach
  • Tactics and methods of play of Indoor hockey
  • Match Analysis and group discussions

FIH Expert Heino was well assisted by Stephan Haumann from DHB with CDO Norman Hughes who is also an experienced Coaching expert and Coaching committee member Bert Bunnik also in attendance.

The nations attending were: Germany, Poland, Switzerland, England, Scotland, Bulgaria, Turkey, Czech Republic, Italy, Netherlands and Serbia.
