Netherlands to host European Nations Championships in 2022

The European Hockey Federation (EHF) and the Royal Dutch Hockey Association (KNHB) agreed that the 2022 European Nations Championships men and women will take place in Netherlands.

The event is scheduled for 22-30 August 2022. The KNHB is planning to host the event in the Wagner Stadium in Amstelveen and started already negotiations with the cities of Amsterdam and Amstelveen. The KNHB already organized the European Nations Championships in 1983 (men) and 1995 (women) in the famous Wagner Stadium.
