What was the target group?
Under 14 boys and girls

What was the aim of the event?
Our main purpose was to make the game fun and to show the young players both the competition and the fair-play spirit

Description of the event
A Festival competition consisting of 7 x 7 matches for boys, girls and mixed teams. After the finals a prize ceremony was organised, with the FPH president handing out the trophy to the winning teams

Result of the event
We are sure that this event has motivated the young participants to continue playing in future, with hockey being their first sports choice

Follow-up from the event
The FPH intends to continue with this kind of hockey festivals for the youth in the next summer vacations
