A talented and hard-working midfielder and forward, Park Mi-Hyun made her debut in senior international competition at the 2004 Athens Olympic Games as an 18-year-old and just  two years later was named as the FIH 'Young Player of the Year' in 2006.

Park was also a part of the FIH All Star squad in 2006 and looks set for a long and promising career with the Korean national team.

She currently plays for the Inje University side in the southern Korean city of Kimhae.
