DIPLOMA OF MERIT
The Diploma of Merit may be awarded to individuals, whether members or ex-members of FIH.
For shorter period of distinguished services or lesser service than that required for those receiving the Order of Merit, extended by a continuation of the individual’s devotion to hockey (for past members of FIH).
No more than six awards during each two-year period.
