France and Scotland undefeated at EuroHockey Nations Trophy

France and Scotland are the only two teams undefeated after all teams played two matches at the women’s EuroHockey Nations Trophy in Siauliai, Lithuania.

France won its match against Belarus (2-1) and is the leader of Pool A. Scotland booked a 3-2 victory over host Lithuania and tops Pool B. The best three of the EuroHockey Nations Trophy will qualify for one of the WorldHockey Olympic Qualifier.

Results Monday 3 and Tuesday 4 September:

Pool A:
France – Belarus 2:1
Belgium – Austria 9:0

Ranking: 1. France 2-6 (7-2), 2. Belgium 2-3 (10-4), 3. Belarus 2-3 (5-3), 4. Austria 2-0 (1-14)

Pool B:
Russia – Czech Republic 5:1
Scotland – Lithuania 3:2

Ranking: 1. Scotland 2-6 (7-4), 2. Russia 2-4 (5-1), 3. Lithuania 2-1 (2-3), 4. Czech Republic 2-0 (3-9)
