Barbados withdraws from Women's Pan Am Cup
12 Jan 2009 07:00

The Barbados Women’s team has withdrawn their intended participation in the women's 2009 Pan Am Cup in Bermuda.

Due to certain funding commitments not being honored during the world wide recession, the Barbados Hockey Association was left with no options but to withdraw from the tournament.

The Pan American Hockey Federation (PAHF) regrets this late withdrawal and will be working diligently to revise the schedule. The revisions will be published as soon as possible.
