Ireland Take On South Africa Once Again

There is little rest for the Irish squads as the women prepare to take on South Africa once again in two test games as part of their continuing build up to the Europeans this forthcoming August in Manchester, England. 

Ireland's women will play South Africa on Wednesday 20 and Thursday 21 June in UCD, Belfield. Ireland most recently played South Africa in the Setanta Sports Trophy where they drew 1-1.

Coach Gene Muller, announced the two squads to compete in each match earlier.

Squad: Ireland – South Africa Wednesday 20 June:
Louisa Healy, Mary Goode, Fiona McIllwaine, Ciara O’Brien, Bridget McKeever, Cliodhna Sargent, Emer Harte, Linda Caulfield, Nikki Symmons, Emma Clarke, Rachel Mulligan, Julia O’ Halloran, Jenny Mc Donough, Roisin Flinn, Aine Connery, Alex Speers.

Squad: Ireland – South Africa Thursday 21 June:
Mary Goode, Louisa Healy, Fiona McIllwaine, Ciara O’Brien, Jill Orbinson, Bridget McKeever, Emer Harte, Cliodhna Sargent, Linda Caulfield, Nikki Symmons, Emma Clarke, Roisin Flinn, Julia O’ Halloran, Rachel Mulligan, Cathy McKean, Eimear Cregan, Alex Speers.
