Hockey New Zealand recruits CEO
20 Apr 2022 07:41

Hockey New Zealand has started its search for a new CEO, following Ramesh Patel’s move into the newly established Hockey Director role.

Hockey in New Zealand has a proud sporting tradition and a large player base across the country. Its athletes have always demonstrated strong sporting values and been admired for their contribution to the country’s sporting history.

The CEO will be the public face of Hockey and be responsible for managing relationships with sponsors, funding agencies, local associations, media and the wider Hockey community. He or she will be highly focused on ensuring that funding and sponsorship is in place to continue to develop the sport to world class standards at all levels.

Further information regarding the role can be obtained by visiting Hockey New Zealand’s website – www.hockeynz.co.nz – in the ‘News & Notices’ section.
