2005 Pan American Special Coaching Course 03 Jan 2005 16:28
2005 Pan American Special Coaching Course
February 22-27, 2005 - Havana, Cuba
The 2005 PAHF Special Coaching Course will cover both development coaching information and the high performance aspect of the game (technical and tactical aspects of the game to develop young players from the basic understandings of the game to high performance aspects.)
The course is not for beginning coaches. This will be the only PAHF continental coaching course in 2005.
The Course will be conducted by two Qualified FIH Coaches. The main Conductor will be the FIH Master Coach Rodolfo Mendoza from Argentina (former World Cup and Olympic Coach of the Argentinean Women's team). The Assistant Conductor will be informed soon, but will be also a FIH qualified coach.
Registration will be limited in an attempt to make the experience meaningful to all participants and to allow as many countries as possible to participate. An early application will be more likely for acceptance. Participants must have a letter to verify support from their National Association/Federation submitted with their application.
As part of the coursework, participants will attend some matches of the PAHF Jr. Championship (men) taking place in Havana at the same time.
